Return and refund

If the jewellery does not fit or look the way you imagined, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item without giving any reasons.

Journey to the successful return and refund:

1. Step-by-step process:

a) Contact us via email: info@elsewho.cz - include your order number, your name, email address and your bank account number where you would like your refund. (Without this information, the returned package will be misidentified and the processing of the return will be delayed).

b) We would also highly appreciate your feedback and the reason of your return.

c) Wait for us to get back to you. We will share the number/code with you that you will need at the Zasilkovna point. (1.e)

d) Please pack the goods carefully.

e) Bring it to any Zasilkovna point and state the number that we sent you via email.

f) You will receive your money back within 14 days from the time we collect your package. If you return the goods, including packaging, in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to charge you for the damage incurred.
